The staff here was really friendly, and the location is absolutely fantastic. I booked a room that had AMAZING views of the mountains. 🌄.

It had exceptionally nice and great location so close to the town centre, the hill and Ortisei. A safe, a minibar, and a sofa bed inside the suite were handy.

The room here had a mini-fridge, a safe, and a sofa bed, with a beautiful view of the mountains; we loved it so much we didn't want to leave and would come back anytime.

The hotel exceeded all expectations - superb meals, clean rooms, great location, amazing spa and pool, friendly staff, beautiful nature. We can't wait to return next winter for skiing and snowboarding. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the hotel facilities were clean and relaxing. The hotel had a beautiful swimming pool with a Mountain View. It was only a 10-minute walk to the town centre and there was free outside parking available. The location of the hotel was very nice, surrounded by quiet surroundings. The breakfast spread was very good, with a variety of breads, fruits and eggs made to order. We also loved the personalised and warm service of the owners, which made our stay even more unique.

The service was impeccable, with room service, dry cleaning, and shuttle service all available. The room amenities were top-notch, with features like an electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and soundproofed rooms. The dining experience was exceptional, with delicious meals served in the dining restaurant. The spa and wellness center offered a relaxing retreat, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for soaking up the sun. this place offered a perfect blend of comfort and luxury.

The breakfast spread was good and the location was quiet and relaxing. We also enjoyed the view of the nearby mountains, it was truly breathtaking. Another plus was the availability of free outside parking.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. We were also put off by the presence of noisy children in the spa facilities, which made it difficult to relax.

We had a great time at this hotel during our city trip! The breakfast was amazing - so many different options to choose from! We also loved the quiet surroundings, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location was spot on - it was so easy to get to all the attractions we wanted to see.

There were a few things that we didn't like about our stay. The beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable - we didn't get a good night's sleep at all. The carpet on the floor was old and smelt a bit musty. Lastly, the pool area was quite noisy with kids playing by themselves, which made it hard to relax. All in all, it wasn't quite the 4-star experience we were hoping for.
